All rented properties with gas appliances require an annual Landlords Gas Safety Certificate, also known as a CP12. Separate to a service these checks ensure the safety of the gas supply and all appliances.

As a landlord we understand you want this done quickly and with as little disruption to the tenants as possible. We give the option that we can arrange access with the tenants directly to make things easier.

We send an emailed Landlords Gas Safety while on site so you have the required document with no delay. We will report any findings, advise of any safety defects and if required supply relevant quotations for any remedial work so you can stay on top of everything.

We charge based on the number of appliances as listed on our pricing page, we include the basic service checks for the boiler also.
